David Kempster

Director of Strategic Services Department

David Kempster leads the Strategic Department’s development and vision. He is passionate about learning and especially how ICT can be used to enhance the learning process.

David was a primary school teacher for 11 years, worked as a Local Authority Consultant in Surrey for 8 years and has run his own education consultancy for 2 years.  He is an accredited ICT Mark Assessor (since 2006 and previously a NaaceMark Assessor) and has supported many schools with the accreditation process and has completed many assessments in all phases of education.  David is also Ofsted trained, has been an AST and ET Assessor for 3 years and has a wide experience of International developments in ICT.

David is focussed on whole school improvement and works primarily with Senior Leaders to establish a school wide approach to harnessing technology.
