Climbs to New Heights February 2011

Each year we proactively ask our customers how we are doing. Our 2010 results have now been collated. We are extremely happy to confirm that we have improved on last year's totals in all departments.

We remain passionate in our quest to "Help schools take control of ICT to inspire generations across the UK to want to learn anytime, anywhere."
However we are never complacent about the services we provide and always welcome feedback.

Matrix Event at Selsdon Park Hotel with Ian Gilbert November 2010

On the 5th Novemcer 2010, Matrix ICT services hosted an event at Selsdon Park Hotel where special guest speaker Ian Gilbert talked about motivation in the classroom amongst other topics.

His talk was about learning and motivation and included how he sees new technologies aiding these. This relates to our vision for schools to "Help schools take control of ICT to inspire generations across the UK to want to learn anytime, anywhere."

Matrix Shortlisted for National AwardAugust 2010

Matrix have been recognised in the last ever BECTA ICT Excellence Awards for 2010.  From a list of over 120 entries Matrix have been shortlisted in the category of Support for Schools (Wider Organisations).

In June 2010, Matrix ICT Services is celebrating 7 years of "Helping Schools take control of ICT".

In the past seven years Matrix has grown from a relatively small company, employing just a handful of staff, into a company providing support for schools across London and the Home Counties with a skilled and knowledgeable collection of specialists.

Matrix combines strategic education consultancy, training, information management and technical support to enable schools to develop whole school improvement through the effective and creative use of ICT.

Our unique holistic approach transfers relevant knowledge, skills and understanding to help schools take improved control of ICT, accelerating your development and helping your school work towards e-confidence.

Service Appraisals Updated June 2010

We have updated our service appraisal documents. These documents outline the responses and feedback from our customers for the previous year of service.

The documents demonstrate the customer satisfaction with the service provided by displaying the results from our customer feedback surveys that are conducted yearly.

Included in the documents are some quotations from the schools we support describing how the service has helped them along with some comments about the staff at Matrix ICT Services.

At Matrix ICT Services, we are confident in the level of support we provide our customers and believe that these documents support our ethos in "Helping Schools take control of ICT".

Improved Information on our Services June 2010

To give a more in depth description of the services Matrix ICT Services provides, we have improved the information available in the Services section of our site.

We have updated the information for our Strategic and IMS departments into separate site pages to give you a much clearer vision of how these services can benefit your school.

The Technical Services department page is coming soon. Please look at the Technical section of the Services page for information on this department in the meantime.
